Pune: Dr Ravindra Kharadkar, Campus Director of G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Pune, has been elected as Vice President of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), New Delhi.
In addition, Dr Kharadkar has been nominated as the West Zone India Mentor of IETE, further strengthening his leadership role within the professional society.

Ravindra Kharadkar’s Role in IETE
The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India’s leading professional body with a membership base of more than 1.5 lakh across India and abroad. Its members include academicians, industry professionals, scientists, and students, supported through 80 centres nationwide.
Having earlier served as Chairman of the IETE Pune Centre, Ravindra Kharadkar has consistently driven initiatives in research, innovation, technology development, and global academic collaboration.
He is widely recognized for establishing robust research platforms, integrating private universities with industry-focused projects, and setting new benchmarks in academic and industrial innovation.
